Council Appreciates Regional Monitoring Activities in Jakarta

Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD)'s Commission A Vice Chairman Dani Anwar, appreciated the regional monitoring action by the related units in implementing the large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) rules in the capital.

He said that the rules set out in Gubernatorial Regulation number 33/2020 had already very clearly contained the COVID 19 prevention protocol to be implemented by all levels of society. Unluckily there were still residents who ignore it for economic reasons.

"That's why we appreciate this action thus residents do not take steps outside the government's instruction during the pandemic period," he expressed, Monday (4/20).

He added that PSBB socialization should be more maximized in order to optimally the spread of COVID-19.

"The point is the public must comply with officers' policies in monitoring and giving guidance," he closed.
